Why would you need so much space?

Experience people?

Thanks!

Please forward.

Hello all,

As we have mentioned before:

There are no RV camping areas available at July Coronation. This is on the website. http://currentmiddleages.org/coronation/

The staff has been working extremely hard on this event. We know that not being able to have RV's at the site can be an inconvenience for some. Unfortunately the park rented all RV spaces in the area, and we will not be able to accommodate RVs in the parking area or on the grass. Now, that does not mean you can't contact Reservations Northwest to see if any spots open up. They do. http://www.reserveamerica.com/campground DirectoryList.do?contractCode=OR&pstate=null&letter=M

We have looked around for places to put RVs that would be close to the site. I found a couple of county parks yesterday at this website. You might be able to get a spot there. It is about 10-15 miles away. http://www.co.clackamas.or.us/parks/

This one is about 30 minutes from site, but they have a couple of back ins.
http://www.reserveamerica.com/camping/Lazy_Bend_Or/r/campsiteSearch.do?search=site&contractCode=NRSO&parkId=71624

As an alternative there are motels/hotels approximately 15-20 miles from the site itself (Estacada, Oregon or Oregon City, Oregon, or Wilsonville, Oregon).

Please do not contact Milo McIver's park rangers for this event.

Also to add: Caravans, vardos, rolling camps. Anything with two, one, four etc wheels will not be able to be on the grass. When everyone comes in they will be able to drive in unload and then park.

This means that any period type rolling camps cannot camp on the grass. You will be out in the parking lot. With that said, there is a limited amount of space out there and will not be able to have people "set camps" up out there which take up parking spots or block off emergency routes.

Our Crown level events are held all over the Kingdom. Sometimes we will end up at a site that does not provide everything for everyone. Emailing the autocrat team will not change these facts. This site is beautiful, with green grass, beautiful scenery and running water. Sport of Kings is held at this site. It is unfortunate that it is not set up for RVs.
I hope everyone who cannot tent camp have made other arrangements to be able to join us at this wonderful event.

In service,

Mistress Attia Prima
Autocrat for July Coronation
And the staff for July Coronation

Father: Quiet for a second!

Father: Great. What if he was saying "Run! Zombies!"? We'll be sitting here like idiots while the zombies come...

Blown-away Chihuahua reunited with owners

WATERFORD TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Tinker Bell has been reunited with her owners after a 70-mph gust of wind picked up the six-pound Chihuahua and tossed her out of sight.

Dorothy and Lavern Utley credit a pet psychic for guiding them on Monday to a wooded area nearly a mile from where 8-month-old Tinker Bell had been last seen. The brown long-haired dog was dirty and hungry but otherwise OK.

The Utleys, of Rochester, had set up an outdoor display Saturday at a flea market in Waterford Township, 25 miles northwest of Detroit. Tinker Bell was standing on their platform trailer when she was swept away.

Dorothy Utley tells The Detroit News that her cherished pet "just went wild" upon seeing her.

Im post-tastic today huh?

Okay Sterling and I think it is time to go once again to Wet Planet and do some rafting.  The weather is getting better and it is time I say.

We are looking at the Second and third weekend of May (for those not heading to Crown) on one of those Sundays!  Bigger the group the cheaper it is.

Let me know!

I know you are all thinking the same thing I am....

Your Animal is the Cat
You are independent to the point of being stubborn. You stick to your values.
You are loyal, trustworthy, and honest. You are very devoted to your family.

You are aloof towards those you don't know well, but you are affectionate with those you are close to.
You are a creative, sensual, and mysterious person. You are agile and flexible.

Sorry no pictures!

When the little card in your bag says:

Hi Attia,

Best Holiday wishes, sorry your present is late, the snow got in my way.  The fabric and thread are 100% silk.  Happy New Year.

Gersuinda.

You start to freak out a bit.  A Gosling had my name?  How lucky can I be!!!  Oh my god Gersuinda had my name!!!  Happy dance!!!

I received two bits (more than a bit) of thread (red and green and so soft) and 1 1/2 or so of really nice dark purple silk.  HOW COOOL IS THAT!!!

Thank!!~!  YOUUUUUU!

Because I absolutely can't help it....

Hood to Coast with a random thought

  • Aug. 22nd, 2008 at 7:27 AM

Hood to Coast is this weekend.  I like watching all the runners and such.  They are freaking crazy.  I've volunteered a couple of times for teams and it is a blast.  We had a team last year, and I was a volunteer down on Front Ave. calling out numbers.  It was a lot of fun....

But....I'm thinking.

Wouldn't it be fun to do the Hood to Coast Walk??  I'm so not runner.  I think I'm either going to try to get on a team for next year or something....

I think it would be a good goal, and very good for my health.  Maybe I can stop smoking.
